  • 11 Rooms and above Booked: 21 Days Prior to Check in Date 100% Refund, below 21 Days No Refund.
  • If the guest does not occupy the rooms within 23 Hours of his or her schedule Check in Time that is 11:00 Am on the Check in Date, the reservation stands cancel and the advance amount is not refunded marked as No Show and the same is collected as No Show Charges.
