- We will not be responsible for any damage or litigation if any guests indulge in any activities which are not acceptable to the local norms and values.
- Guests will be responsible for any damage or loss of any articles caused by them and will be chargedas per actual basis.
- Producing of Booking Voucher at the time of Check In is Mandatory.
- Producing of any 1 mentioned Valid Photo & Address Identity is mandatory for each Occupantsat the time of Check In. (i.e. Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence are only accepted)
- We are not responsible for any kind of threat or accidental cases during your stay at Hotel Premises. For any valuable goods, the same may be deposited to the Unit Manager for the safe custody against valid receipt.

- For Up to 10 Rooms Booked: 15 Days Prior to Check in Date 100% Refund, below 15 Days No Refund.
- 11 Rooms and above Booked: 21 Days Prior to Check in Date 100% Refund, below 21 Days No Refund.
- If the guest does not occupy the rooms within 23 Hours of his or her schedule Check in Time that is 11:00 Am on the Check in Date, the reservation stands cancel and the advance amount is not refunded marked as No Show and the same is collected as No Show Charges.
- Advance once paid will be refunded on subject to the above Cancellation Policy.
